About Andy Conlin
Conlin is a seasoned advocate with over 15 years of experience in government affairs, legislative policy and public affairs. Through his most recent work as Senior Aide to the President of the Iowa Senate, Conlin developed deep connections to key decision-makers in Iowa.
Before coming to the Iowa Senate, Conlin held leadership roles with Strategic Elements in West Des Moines, Iowa and Associated Builders & Contractors in Washington, DC. Through these roles, Conlin has coordinated state and local advocacy efforts in almost every state in the country.
After spending over a decade in Washington, D.C., Conlin returned to his Midwestern roots and now resides with his wife and dog in West Des Moines, Iowa, where he is involved in his community as a member of the West Des Moines Plan and Zoning Commission. Conlin is a graduate of Purdue University.
